Is it really free right now?
Yes. 2026 is our founding year — TotumTeams is free for all users on all plans, with no card required. This isn't a free trial. We want to grow a real community before we charge for it. The prices on this page apply from 2027. Organisations that are genuinely active during the founding year will qualify for a permanent Founding Member discount.
Will there ever be ads?
No. Not on the free plan, not on any plan. Our revenue comes from subscriptions — that's it. Ads are incompatible with the kind of tool we're building.
What's the difference between Group and Organisation?
The Group plan covers a single group — one football team, one choir — with unlimited members and all features. Organisation covers up to 10 groups and 100 members under one roof, ideal for most clubs. Pro removes all limits entirely.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel whenever you like — you keep access until the end of your paid period. We don't charge early-cancellation fees on annual plans.
